To strengthen coordination, Nirala called for regular meetings between the District Administration and FTI authorities to build familiarity and ensure timely problem-solving. He took note of the delays in certain infrastructure components due to differences in the scope of work and payment schedules and directed the construction agency, M/s Kenge Construction Company, to submit a documented list of these issues in consultation with CPWD, backed with supporting materials.
