Daporijo, Sep 6: In a noble gesture, Arunachal Youth Organization Upper Subansiri District Unit (AYO–USDU) organised a two-day emergency relief donation and crowdfunding drive to help families affected by a fire mishap at Daporijo on August 30.
The campaign led by Leyu Tajar Nilling, President, and Menter Gara, Secretary, raised ₹2,05,421  through the generous voluntary contributions of residents. 
The youth body subsequently met the affected families and distributed the amount collected to 19  affected families on Sunday as immediate humanitarian assistance.
