SURNAME CHANGE

I, Shri Nguri Maklek changed my surname to ‘Gogoi’  vide affidavit no. 354 dated 11/05/2011 in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1^stClass, Naharlagun, Papum-Pare District. Henceforth, I shall be known as Maklek Gogoi in all legal documents and correspondence.
