PASIGHAT, Oct 24:Chief Minister Pema Khandu will inaugurate the largest textile factory of the state at Pasighat in East Siang district on November 3next. The apparel and garment unit, to be operated by Retired Group Captain, IAF Mohonto Panging, owner of ELAM Industries, Pasighat, the first mechanized textile factory (powerloom/handloom) of the state. On the same day the CM will also inaugurate Circle Office at Namsing.
