MLA Mutchu Mithi inaugurated the Trauma Care Centre at the District Hospital, Roing and the welcome gate constructed by the by Department of UD & Housing, in the presence of ADC Chestha Yadav, SP SK Sain, HoDs, PRI member, doctors, medical staff and public.
Acknowledging the shortage of manpower in health sector, he Mithi said ‘We can solve infrastructure shortage problems but the problem of shortage in manpower in the health sector is a problem that is faced all over the state.’ He however assured to pursue the matter at the highest level.
He also put forward the idea that corporate houses can adopt portion of the hospital and provide the manpower and equipment so that people can get all the facilities in the District Hospital itself.
Saying that Roing town is progressing rapidly with the cooperation between the government departments and the people, he thanked all for working hand in hand and developing the place.
The Trauma Care Centre has been developed under SADA 2016-17 with an amount of 81 lakh and Welcome Gate under SADA 2016- 17 amounting to 80 lakh.
