ITANAGAR, Feb 5:
The capital administration has imposed traffic restriction on NH-415 on February 6, for early restoration of road by the Highway Authorities.
In this regard, traffic from Naharlagun to Itanagar via PapuNallah near Bucho Motors and vice versa will be restricted from 4am to 10 am. All concerned are directed to take the Naharlagun-Jully-Itanagar route. The order was issued after it was reported that due to earth cutting carried out by the Highway authorities for widening of NH-415 one portion near Bucho Motors Naharlagun has been damaged. The order further stated that the Highway Authorities are on war footing to restore the said portions and it is expedient to restrict entry of vehicles to avoid public inconvenience and early restoration of the national highway.
