ITANAGAR, Feb 17:

Nyokum Yullo celebration at Nyokum Lapang, Itanagar today held a grand opening of traditional food stall and games & sports. The festival was kicked off by MLA Likabali, Kardo Nyigyor and Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan as chief guest and guest of honour. Local MLA Techi Kaso who is the chief patron was also present during the opening ceremony.
