WAKRO, Jan 11:A new Maa Kali Temple at Wakro was inaugurated by Parliamentary Secretary for Environment and Forests, Chow Tewa Mein, while Commander 48 BRTF Col Rajeev Dhingra inaugurated the Lord Hanuman temple and community elder Tasaso Yun inaugurated the Lord Shiva shrine at Wakro. The three new temples were constructed by Srimat Swami Sri Sri Ganeshananda Giri Maharaj at the old temple site as the old temples which were built four decades ago needed huge repair works to be done. Viewing the pathetic condition of the structures the saint decided to get new temples constructed.
