ROING, Aug 10:As part of the ongoing up-gradation activities of ITI Roing, the NHPC Dibang Multipurpose Project (DMP), Ramesh Kumar on Thursday distributed scholarship cheque and certificate to the winners in presence of, Principal, ITI, Subhash Pertin, senior personnel of NHPC and students.

A total of Rs 3, 49,500 was distributed to 119 students based on a comprehensive evaluation comprising attendance, discipline and performance in class, monthly test and interview etc.

Dibang Multipurpose Project is the Industry Partner for the long-term comprehensive up-gradation activities of the ITI. Apart from Scholarships, strategic interventions in terms of Career Guidance Cell, Teachers’ Trainings, Infrastructure development, etc are also being carried out.
