YINGKIONG, Nov 28:Deputy Commissioner, Upper Siang District, Duly Kamduk has issued an executive order prohibiting sale of Indian Made Foreign Liquor by authorized shops from 7pm to 9am. Sale of IMFL to persons below 21 years of age including engagement of person below 21 years of age in liquor shops has also been restricted.
