AALO, Jan 19:Deputy Commissioner West Siang, Swetika Sachan on Friday chaired a preliminary meeting to discuss various schemes to be implemented under Chief Minister Aadarsh Gaon at many villages with various line departments.

DC said that successful implementation of the schemes will largely benefit the people in the long run and asked the implementing departments to regularly monitor the progress.

She also laid emphasized on constructing proper drainage system, community toilets maintaining proper specifications and standardization.

DPO,   Hengi Riba outlined the detail schemes from various constituencies passed by the Gram Sabha. The line departments and BDOs of West and Lower Siang districts also took part in the discussion.
