ITANAGAR, Jan 30:
A total of 146 Indian National Congress (INC) party workers along with Panchayati Raj leaders joined the ruling saffron party in presence of Papum Pare District BJP President, Tana Hali Tara and 14 Doimukh Mandal President Ngurang Tayo in a programme held at Kimin on Tuesday.
Few prominent figures, who joined are APYC Secretary Teli Nanu, former City Youth Congress President Kipa Niba, Kakoi ASM Nabam Yarak and others GPMs of Kakoi and Lower Jumi Panchayat segment
Addressing the gathering, Hali Tara said that the saffron brigade is becoming stronger each day because of good governance of PM Narendra Modi and state BJP leadership Tapir Gao.
Later assuring rapid progress of the area under BJP Party, Tara urged all to maintain party discipline and exhorted them to work in the larger interest of society.
