ITANAGAR, Jan 15:The Phassang Circle Citizens Right (PCCR) in a release has extended gratitude to PWD division Sangram along with local MLA cum Government spokesperson, Bamang Felix for providing the long neglected people of three villages under the circle with a bridge over Pinchi River.
While appreciating the PWD officials for timely completion of the bridge, it further requested the IPR minister to initiate a new scheme for construction of one more bridge over Payuf River within this financial year to connect its circle headquarters Lungsa to rest of the state.
