ITANAGAR, Dec 26: In a memorandum to Finance, Planning and PWD Minister Chowna Mein, the All Arunachal Pradesh Youth Association (AAPYO) has sought his early intervention in addressing its five point charter of demands.

The organization has been demanding implementation of fourteen finance commission, re-consideration of CM bungalow, reintroducing Chief Ministers public darshan programme, introduction of tribal script in every upper primary school across the state etc.
