ITANAGAR, Mar 5: The National People’s Party (NPP) state unit has congratulated MP cum National President of NPP Conrad K Sangma for the landslide victory in Meghalaya Poll by securing massive 19 seats in legislative assembly. “The state NPP have full confidence that Conrad K Sangma  will be able to lead the coalition government under his dynamic leadership in Meghalaya for all round development of the state,” it said in a release.

Later the State NPP also congratulated Neiphiu Rio for victory in Nagaland assembly election.
