MALIGAON, Nov 25: Northeast Frontier Railway PRO, Nripendra Bhattacharyya received the Best Public Relations Officer award initiated by Newspapers Association India (NAI) New Delhi for his excellent public and media relations activities. This national achievement award was given during the celebration of colourful  Silver Jubilee  ceremony of NAI held at NDMC Convention Centre in the national capital on November 19 last.
