YINGKIONG, Nov 9:A legal awareness rally was organized today on the occasion of national legal service day under the aegis of the District legal service authority, Upper Siang District.

Addressing the gathering,  Secretary DLSA, Mary Kamsi, briefed about the programmes and schemes available under legal aid and urged the public and especially the under privileged to avail the benefits. She also informed that a 10-day long campaign “Connecting to serve” part of the nationwide campaign will be celebrated across the district including East Siang.
