ZIRO, Jan 31:
A Job Mela cum -Skill Development program was organized by the District Industries Department in collaboration with the District Administration today at Abotani hall, Hapoli. Around 11 Vocational Training Providers (VTPs) from various sectors like Tourism, Beauty and Wellness, Food & Beverage service, Bakery, health care and food industry participated in the mela.
Addressing the youths, EAC Mokar Riba called upon all unemployed youths to avail the opportunity to skill themselves in various professions.
He also urged the VTPS to communicate to the government on regular basis about the trainees by adopting proper follow up and feedback methods.
Deputy Director Industries PK Das, Editor, The Subansiri, Yachang Tacho and officials from Textile and handicrafts department also attended the program.
