PASIGHAT, Nov 17: To ensure quality work and timely completion of ongoing projects under his assembly constituency, Er. Tatung Jamoh, MLA 37th Pasighat West cum Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture & Fisheries inspected various ongoing developmental works unannounced at Ruksin, Oyan and Rayang under Ruksin Sub-Division on Wednesday.

Jamoh inspected WRD AE Sub-Division office construction at Oyan, School room construction at Govt. UPS, Rayang, drainage construction at Ruksin town, re-carpeting work on Mirem-Mikong-Ruksin Road totalling around 2 KM from National Highway toward Ngorlung village, double storey Circuit house at Ruksin etc. While raising concern over low quality in some of the works, Jamoh directed the concern departments PWD and RWD to monitor the work effectively. He has also appealed the local contractors to maintain quality of work as the developmental works in the area are for their convenience and welfare only.

While talking on infrastructural development of ADC Office, Ruksin, Jamoh said that, a Rs. 6 crore project for construction of mini secretariat is under consideration which is likely to be approved by Chief Minister in the next phase.

The proper development of ADC office, Ruksin is important in view of its location in Assam-Arunachal boundary and for being the doorway to Smart City, Pasighat and whole of East Siang district. Jamoh was accompanied by AE, PWD Bilat Sub-Division, Er. Binam Mesar, JE Prasad and Taker Panyang, V/P ST Morcha 37th Pasighat BJP Mandal.
