ITANAGAR/BALIJAN, Feb 12:Two houses were totally destroyed by a devastating fire which broke out on Sunday midnight at around 10pm at Hollongi, Balijan circle under Papumpare leaving many families roofless. Cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. However, properties worth lakhs have been reduced to ashes. Informing this in a release, the Balijan Circle Youth Association (BCYA) on Monday has urged concern department to provide immediate relief and rehabilitation packages to the victims.
