ITANAGAR, Jan 12:The All Arunachal Contractors Welfare Association has urged the chairman of Northeastern electric power cooperation limited (NEEPCO) to direct the M/S Patel engineering limited, currently engaged for construction of 60 MW, Kameng HE project to clear pending dues of local contractors as soon as possible..
“The bills of many small local contractors hired to supply boulders during the construction period have not been cleared. Bills worth five crores are still pending with the firm since last 5 years,” it informed.
