ITANAGAR, Jan 21:  Former Chief Minister and incumbent MLA Sagalee,  Nabam Tuki flagged off new bus service that would travel from   Parang to Inter State Bus Terminal Naharlagun and vice versa in presence of ADC, Sagalee and PRI leaders .The service will provide transportation facilities to the people of remote Parang Administrative Circle and nearby villages of Silasango circle, stated a release.
