AALO, Nov 20:  A body of a man was found on the banks of the Yomgo river in Aalo, West Siang district on  Saturday last .

The deceased has been identified as Sankar Chetry a temporary resident of Pasighat, East Siang District. ‘As of now we are suspecting it as case of drowning but investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy that was held today to determine the cause of death,’ informed Officer In-charge Police Station, Aalo.

 A case of unnatural death has been registered and the body has been handed over to relatives today.
