ITANAGAR, Nov 6:Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee has announced to  observe November 8as ‘Black Day” as the Centre’s demonetisation policy completes one year. On the occasion, a peaceful procession will be taken out from the Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan to the Tennis court, IG park which will be followed by a candle light march back to the starting venue.
