ITANAGAR, Dec 26:The Arunachal Law Students Union has deferred its dawn-to-dusk Chakka bandh scheduled for December 27 next along the NH-415 near Civil Secretariat.
In a release, president, Romik Jogu stated the decision was taken following the arrival of Executive Chairman of Bar Council of India, Dr AK Sharma in the state to take stock of the functioning of government law college Jote.
However, the union asserted that it will conduct the Chakka bandh in the month of January.
