ITANAGAR, Nov 7:A delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Arunachal Pradesh comprising of 74 students left for Kerala today to participate in the mass rally called by the all-India ABVP to protest against the killings of its members in Kerala.
