SEPPA, Dec 16:

Randomization process to constitute polling teams for by-election to 12^th Pakke Kessang (ST) Assembly Constituency was carried out in the presence of General Election Observer (ECI) M Joy Singh, DEO-cum-Returning Officer Rajeev Takuk and the representatives of both contesting parties today here at DC Office, Seppa.

Appealing for all-out support and cooperation from all stakeholders, DEO Rajeev Takuk reiterated the importance of collective responsibility of contesting candidates and their workers as well as polling officials for free, fair and peaceful conduct of the by-poll.

Nodal Officer (Manpower) Kata Rangmo and Election Coordination Officer D K Thungon clarified and explained about the randomization process to the representatives of contesting candidates.

EAC Pama Bagang, OSD to RO Nondo Doka and other election officials were also present and witnessed the event.
