Itanagar, Apr 5: The league stage of the XX Tadar Tang State Level Football Tournament 2025 concluded today, marking the end of a fiercely competitive round that saw thrilling matches and remarkable performances. Teams gave their all to secure a place in the knockout stage, with several fixtures going down to the wire.
With the league phase now complete, eight teams have officially qualified for the quarterfinals. Lower Subansiri, Papum Pare, Capital Complex, Keyi Panyor, West Siang, Namsai, Changlang, and Siang will continue their quest for the prestigious title. The knockout stage promises intense battles as each team looks to prove themselves in the final stretch of the tournament.
The much-anticipated quarterfinals will take place on April 6, featuring high-stakes encounters. Capital Complex will face Siang in what is expected to be a closely fought contest. Changlang will go head-to-head against Keyi Panyor, while West Siang will take on Papum Pare in a clash that could go either way. The final quarterfinal matchup will see Lower Subansiri square off against Namsai in a bid to reach the semifinals.
