Anini,  May 24: A peaceful rally protesting the proposed Tiger Reserve and Re-demarcation of Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary was conducted by the Women group of Anini and Etalin-Malinye, Dibang Valley District. This rally was conducted to stand in solidarity with the IMCLS, IMES, AIMSU and DVSU who are pursuing the issue of Re-Demarcation of declared Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary in the Mishmi Hills to the government. The rally witnessed participation of women from every nook and corner of the district. The Women group thanked the Chief Minister and Forest Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for considering the concern of the locals. The rally peacefully ended with women group submitting its memorandum to DFO for consideration.
