Itanagar, Aug 25: Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar Talo Potom felicitated the winners of patriotic essay writing and drawing/painting competition held on 13th August last amongst the  students of government schools of Capital Itanagar as part of the celebration of the 75 years of India's Independence.  
The DC handed over cash prize and certificates to the winners in presence of DDSE, ST Zara.
Parents accompanying their children and other students were also felicitated by the officials.
