AALO, Dec 19: West Siang district conducted the District level Science Congress and Science Exhibition at Government Secondary School, Dego, organised by the Deputy Director of School Education, ISSE Samgra Shiksha Society, on the inaugural day of the Good Governance week.
Students of Class IX & X from various Secondary and Higher Secondary schools participated in the programme.
Inaugurating the Science Congress/ Exhibition,  West Siang DDSE Yidak Angu said that such events give students a platform to showcase their talent in Science & Technology practically. 
West Siang Deputy Commissioner, Penga Tato also addressed the gathering.
Govt Sec.School Dego secured the 1st prize while GSS Darak and GHSS Aalo came in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
