PASIGHAT,Mar 27: In a communication , the 1448 Bridge construction
Coy GREF 99 APO, has intimated that Bailey suspension bridges over
Dite Dime over Simang river near Boleng and over Siyom River near
Pangin are becoming very weak and will not be able to bear overloaded
trucks. The BRTF has warned that any truck or other overloaded vehicles
crossing these weak bridges should not carry more than 12 tonnes.
