AALO, Sep 20:The District Level Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan. The villages adopted under Chief Ministers Adharsh Gram Yojna (CMAGY) for model villages at concerned constituencies are Taramori under Liakbali-AC, Sago under Basar-AC, Kambu under Liromoba-AC Kugi under Aalo (W)-AC, Kombo-Tarsu under Aalo(E)-AC and Geching under Mechukha-AC.

The chairperson informed detail infrastructure development that would be implemented under this scheme and directed concerned executing agency to go through the norms for prioritisation of schemes as permissible and it should come through Gram Sabha in priority. Under the scheme the adopted villages would get 150 lakh grants each.

In the meet, Prime Ministers & Chief Ministers flagship programmes as well as Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) were also reviewed. DC stressed the nodal departments to submit detailed updated progress report within 24 hours and also on monthly basis. Different issues were also discussed during the meeting and all departments were asked to upload the updated data in online portal. The district administration is going to launch booklet incorporated with all information related to CSS and flagship programmes for public information as a mark of citizen’s charter.
