Tenzin Yangki scripts history by becoming first woman IPS from state

ITANAGAR, Jul 22: In a momentous achievement for Arunachal Pradesh, the state is abuzz with pride and jubilation as three brilliant young minds cracked the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2022. The recent announcement of service allocation by the UPSC has elevated the dreams of Miss Pebika Lego, Miss Tenzin Yangki, and Shri Austin Tayeng, putting them on a remarkable trajectory of public service.
Miss Pebika Lego, who secured an impressive rank of 290 in the UPSC examination, has been allotted the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Miss Tenzin Yangki, who achieved  rank of 545, has scripted history by becoming the first lady IPS officer from Arunachal Pradesh. Her allocation to the esteemed Indian Police Service (IPS) marks a significant milestone, inspiring young women across the state to break barriers and pursue careers in law enforcement and public safety.
Austin Tayeng, who earned a commendable rank of 747 has been allocated the Indian Revenue Service (IRS - Income Tax). His outstanding achievement reflects his dedication to economic and fiscal matters, positioning him to contribute significantly to the nation's financial stability.
The news of one IAS, one IPS, and one IRS officer allocation from the state has filled Arunachal Pradesh with immense pride and hope for the future. The triumphant trio's success has brought glory to the entire state, exemplifying the potential and talent that exists within its youth.
