ITANAGAR, Jul 7:  All Arunachal Pradesh Un-employed Youth Organization (AAPUYO) in its memorandum submitted to the Chief Secretary has demanded immediate suspension of Director Art and Culture for his involvement in corruption and nepotism in various government projects and recruitment process. Levelling corruption charges, the Union claimed that the Director has obtained duplicate sanction order for same project to siphon government fund. The memorandum also states that there were four illegal appointments of group –B post of Assistant Art and Culture Officer in the same department.
