TEZU, Apr 25: Ujala Yojana, a flagship programme of the Government of India, which was launched for the first time in the state in Lohit District on April 10 last, continues to spread its light to needy houses through affordable LED bulbs and tube lights.
The second phase of the programme commenced from April 23 last, in which 3100 numbers of 9W LED bulbs were distributed through the Arunachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency (APEDA).
