ITANAGAR, Jun 27: Minister for Urban Development, Municipal Administration etc., Kamlung Mosang called on Governor Lt. General KT Parnaik (Retd.) at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar today. They discussed issues related to Miao-Vijoynagar (MV) Road, Urban Development and district specific issues of Changlang District.
