Hollongi, July 7: Two persons have been arrested by OC, PS Balijan, Arunachal Pradesh Police for illegal earth cutting at Chimpu-Hollongi 4 lane road today for violation of the administration's prohibitory order on all kinds of earth cutting within private or government allotted land.
The arrested persons identified as one Md. Makter Ali (34), and Gangaram Biswakarma (22) were booked under section 188 IPC.
