ZIRO, Feb 26: Deputy Secretary RWD, Hage Ruja passed away Saturday night after brief illness at his residence in Hari village. Late Ruja was 1986 APCS batch who served at various places in different capacities and was serving as Dy. Secretary RWD, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh at the time of his demise.

Apex Council of Apatani, Tanw Supuñ Dukuñ (TSD) has expressed shock and his demise as a great loss not only for the community but also for the state.
 

Meanwhile, Tamang-Tarang Welfare Committee (TTWC), of Hari village also condoled the untimely demise of Hage Ruja who was a founding member.

The last rites will be carried out on Monday at his native village Hari.
