ITANAGAR, Jul 17 : The three day multi specialty mega health camp organised by the Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) with support and coordination of Nampong local MLA Laisam Simai and the Changlang district health society and district hospital concluded today.
The first phase of the multi-specialty camp as part of TRIHMS Outreach Activity with a two day Lap Ligation camp that was held at Nampong on July 14 which was a grand success, a press release issued by TRIHMS said.
Total number of 138 cases of Lap Ligation (Family planning) operation were conducted by a team of Gynecologists from TRIHMS. 
The 2nd phase of the Multi-Specialty Health Camp was held at Jairarnpur CHC on July 15&16 next. The health camp was inaugurated by local MLA Simai. The medical team from TRIHMS consisted of 18 doctors from various departments namely General Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, General Medicine, PMR & Orthopedic, ENT, OBG, Ophthalmology. Paediatric, Dentistry. Oncologist, Radiology & Pharmacology and 23( twenty three) supporting staff. Doctors and supporting staff from local hospitals and Changlang District Health Society also support the TRIHMS team, the release said.
TRIHMS Director Dr. Moji Jini who attended the programme has motivated the team of professors, associate professors, assistant professor, supporting staff, local leaders, PRI leaders and general public and patients and people attended the camp to maintain physical fitness and maintain good health and sound mind.
He thanked the local MLA for wholehearted support to the medical team for successful medical camps at various locations.
Dr. Jini said that the TRIHMS will look forward to reach various parts of the state and  deliver healthcare facilities  at their doorsteps.
