ITANAGAR, Aug 17:A minor tremor measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale shook residents along the border region between Myanmar and the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh this morning, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. The quake had its epicentre at latitude 26.6°N and longitude 95.4 °E, occurred at 0922 hours at a focal depth of 60 km, an IMD bulletin added.
