YUPIA, Dec 20: A one-day training programme for Communicators and Gram Preraks selected for Arunachal Rising Campaign in Papum Pare district was conducted at DC’s conference hall, Yupia under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner –cum- Vice Chairman, Arunachal Rising Campaign Tabang Bodung today.
Addressing the gathering, Bodung called upon all the Communicators and Gram Preraks to work sincerely and added that the main objective of the campaign is to disseminate information of state and central flagship schemes to the remotest corners of the district through a two-month comprehensive publicity programme. He also assured that the district administration along with all heads of departments will always be there to assist and support on all occasions and advised the Gram Preraks and Communicators to carry forward their assigned job with missionary zeal. During the training session, resource persons from various departments like Health, DRDA, Horticulture and others imparted training on various state and central government schemes.  
PASIGHAT: The second round of training for communicators of East Siang was held at DC’s Conference Hall here on Wednesday, to disseminate information of major state and central government flagship programmes at the grass-root level.
HoDs and resource persons of Government departments including NIC, in their PPT highlighted the salient features and the process to avail the various state and central programmes.
Vice-Chairman, Arunachal Rising and ADC (Hq), Taddo Borang, termed the vital role of communicators in sensitizing the youth, as the students are one of the important stakeholders in creating awareness in society.
Nodal Officer for the ARC Training DPO, S Sharma, also briefed on the various schemes and importance of Sarkar Aapke Dwar in delivering the benefits of Government schemes and programmes/services adding that awareness will help people to come forward to avail the various benefits.
