KHONSA, Feb 21: One day intensive training for Gram Preraks was held at Khonsa today conducted by department of Information and Public Relations Tirap under the chairmanship of Dr. Ripi Doni, I/c. DIPRO, Khonsa. The training program was attended by resource persons from departments of Health, Education, Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries and Industries (Skill Development).
The DIPRO highlighted the importance of conducting the training and informed that six Gram Preraks have been appointed in Tirap District to carry out Arunachal Rising Campaign successfully at the grassroots level. She informed that pamphlets on various state/central flagship programmes/ schemes have been printed for further distribution in grass roots level through Gram Preraks and urged all the Gram Preraks (Publicity Agents) to conduct awareness in religious institutions, educational institutions etc.
