ITANAGAR, Oct 12:Traffic movement will be restricted at certain stretches of the capital complex as part of security arrangements at Arunachal Pradesh State Legislative Assembly  Secretariat, Itanagar   from October 13 to 18 next. In this regard vehicular flow on Daying Ering Road and ESS – Sector Road will be restricted from morning 7AMtill completion of session each day.
