ITANAGAR, Aug 20:The In-charge Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex, Talom Dupak vide an order has diverted plying of heavy vehicles through Banderdewa/ Karsingsa  to Gumto road due to blockade at sinking zone. The DC has requested everyone to cooperate with the district administration till the road is restored.
