ITANAGAR, Oct 2: The Special Investigation Cell (SIC) of  Arunachal Pradesh Police (APP) has arrested three person in connection with the recent paper leakage fiasco under Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).
"Two male and a female has been arrested in connection with the APPSC  AE (Civil) Mains paper leakage case," informed a security source.
Three more has been taken into custody, confirmed SP SIC Anant Mittal while speaking to this daily and added, names cannot be revealed at the moment but SIC will hold a press conference in a day or two. 
So far nine people have been arrested in the paper leakage fiasco.
