Itanagar, Mar 31: T.D.Neckom, Director (Agriculture Marketing) has officially taken over as the new Director of Agriculture, succeeding Dani Yubbe who retired after a distinguished career. This significant transition marks a new era for the agricultural sector in the state.
Neckom brings with him over 36 years of dedicated service and expertise in Agriculture. His educational background includes a B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture from Haryana Agriculture University (HAU), Hissar and a PG in Plant Protection from Plant Health Management Institute, Hyderabad.
