AALO, Dec 28: Secretary of Sports and Youth Affairs, Abu Tayeng chaired the review meeting of 4th Edition of Arunachal Yuva Samanvay at Aalo. The event will be conducted from January 28 to 31 next year. Twenty Five major tribes from Arunachal Pradesh will participate at Jirdin village. During the Yuva Samanvay activities like, library activities, traditional cultural show, traditional sports, adventure activities and various tribes Arunachal food stall will be showcased during the event as the government of Arunachal has declared the year 2024-25 as “Year of the Youth”.
Ramesh Linggi, Director Sports & Youth Affairs highlighted the ensuing youth festival. Each tribe will have their own cuisine, textile and handicraft stall.
Later on Secretary and his team inspected the ongoing construction of outdoor stadium Aalo and he also inspected the venue at Jirdin village under Kombo Circle and interacted with the GBs, Public and urged them to cooperate with the government calendar event.
