TANAGAR, Mar 10: In a major reshuffle in the Congress party, former Member of Parliament (MP) cum Senior Congress leader, Takam Sanjoy has been appointed as the new chief of Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC). Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi approved appointment today, APCC release said. Sanjoy will be take over the reins from Padi Richo.
