YINGKIONG, Jun 9:Sumsing village became the first village in Upper Siang District to successfully completed 77 numbers of Individual House Hold Latrine (IHHL) under Swacch Bharat Mission-Gramin executed by PHED department. Meanwhile, an awareness programme was organized attended by PRI members, GBs & Public at Community Hall, Sumsing yesterday.
